Galxy And 00:42.7 +41:16 "Andromeda Galaxy".
A view with the C11 on a good clear night shows the two dark bands through this famous galaxy. Also the large OB-association within the southern outer regions of the galaxy, NGC206, can be seen. Best view with low power (97x).
Through the 80mm f/6 refractor it is a great sight to see M31 together with M32 and M110 within one FOV

NGC 7662

PlnNb And 23:25.9 +42:33 "Blue Snowball Nebula". Very bright, bluish, almost round nebula. Blue color best seen with low power (97x). Averted vision, especially at hig power (187x, 400x) shows a darker area inside the nebula and gives an impression of annularity.

A bright and beautiful nebula with a lot of structure. Using a 25mm EP with UHC-filter on the AT80 shows the nebula extremely well. Elongated parts, detached parts, dark area's are seen, as well as several involved open clusters

NGC 3293
OpnCl Car 10:35.8 -58:14 A small, bright and compact cluster which shows a stunning 3D-effect when observed with the AT80. There are several bright stars in different colors. Many faint stars around and in between, nicely arranged in a round shape give the impression of viewing a transparent globe.
Maybe the most beautiful OC in the sky for a small scope!

With the GS80 at 12x + UHC-filter the whole arc of the eastern part (NGC6992) can be seen within one FOV!
With the C11 at 93x and OIII the view is stunning. The nebula appears very bright, with lots of detail.

BrtNb Cyg 21:01.0 +44:12 "North America nebula"
On a night with far from ideal sky-conditions (Astronomical twilight) this nebula was very well visible with the GS80 at 12x + UHC-filter, almost the whole nebula is in one FOV.
With the C11 at 70x + UHC it was especially the "coastline" of the "Gulf of Mexico" which could be followed through several FOV's.
